Cancelation Policy:

By booking your appointment, you understand that any appointment scheduled with me is reserved specifically for you. When you book a session with me, I commit to having enough time to serve you. That effects how many clients I can take on. For that reason, refunds will not be given. Additionally, If you need to cancel or reschedule, you also agree to provide me with 24 hours courtesy notice to avoid being charged for the full amount of the session, as that time slot could have been given to someone else I could have helped. Finally, consultations are complimentary; however, because I reserve my time for you, any consultations that are no-show will be charged a $50 no-show fee. This helps ensure your commitment, as well as compensate for my time.
